We want to help our HS students keep up with their hours they volunteer. Use this form and the hours will be submitted to an online database. Then at the end of the year we will be report all of the hours that students volunteer. Can you think of any information that I should add to this?

We love our school recognizes students who volunteer as Honor Graduates. To qualify a student needs to complete 30 hours of volunteer work per year of high school. At the end each school year the students must report these hours.
